running aging simulation with different bias voltage and temp over time

Hi,

Is it possible to run aging simulation for two pattern, say we we want to run aging sim for 10 years, for first 5 years VDD=1.8V & temp=30 and next 5 years it should be VDD=3V and temp=45.

I explored "rxprofile" options but couldn't found a way to do it.

Thanks,

Nasser

    Hi Nasser,

This is possible but the UI doesn’t make it that easy (yet) to apply these “mission profiles”. Best would be to contact customer support - and if the AE isn’t sure, ask them to contact me (I can’t look up the details because I’m out of the office this week, but will be able to when I return). I don’t want to give the method here because I’d sooner we limit who is using the workaround until it can be properly integrated in the UI.

    Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for your reply,

We will contact CDNS for this issue, just curious to know if this only can done done by UI.

We tried by changing the aged netlist, but it didn't work

    Thanks

    Nasser

    Nasser,

It can be done both from the UI and from the netlist (in Spectre native mode, for example).

    Regards,

    Andrew
