    Hi Marben,

I tried to open open .cdsinit but there is no .cdsinit file in my workspace.

So I searched by using command cdswhich -all  .cdsinit . It said there is no such file.

Then I created file .cdsinit I tried giving the whole commnad and next I tried giving only path. But its not working.

Please could you help me by giving more details on this.

    Thanks,

    Ganesh Doddiptatla

    Thanks Marben. It worked

After that I read about .cdsinit some times . cdsinit can be .cdslocal so I searched .cdslocal it is there I changed it.

    Thanks once again

Note that a file called .cdslocal is purely something that is coded in a specific customer environment - there is nothing in the Virtuoso tools that looks for a file called .cdslocal. Customers have a variety of different names for such local customisation files, including .cdslocal, .cdsuser, and many others...

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Thanks Andrew for the explanation.

But I have some questions and I wish you would help.

As I said earlier in the chain I created a .cdsinit file and loaded loaded bindkeys.

So then I loaded two bindkeys files(Which are in .cdsinit and .cdslocal).

Which one it will give priority.

And also I have multiple .cdsenv files for different technologies at different workspaces which  one will it take.

could you explain more about this or direct me to a chain where it is explained more.

It will help me a lot.

    Thanks again

    Ganesh Doddipatla.
