寄生参数提取之后进行spectre仿真出错

我使用的是CDS5141,使用diva进行版图寄生参数提取之后,使用ADE进行spectre仿真,但是出现的问题是选不中底层电路的金属线。想了另一个办法是将input.scs文件中某个node的电压变化情况提取出来绘制波形,请问我具体的操作是怎样的

    In general, we use post sim to verify key specification, but not waveform. If you really want to check internal node waveform, you can make it as pin, which can be extracted also.
