ERROR: The subckt `NMOS_X' is being redefined

Hello,

During a corner simulation with technology XFAB xs018, I get the below mentioned error:

The subckt `NMOS_X' is being redefined. Previously, it was defined in line 24 of `model_file_path'. Remove or rename either definition.

In my understanding the corner setup need to be vrified. Hoping for a quick solution. Can you suggest some alternatives?!

I am using Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.7

Thanks and Regards,

It suggests you've included the model files twice somehow. Without knowing how you've set up the model files, it's hard to know. Are you using ADE L? or XL or Explorer or Assembler? What do you have in the include statements at the top of the input.scs when you simulate? What do you have set on Setup->Model Libraries and Setup->Simulation Files in ADE L or Explorer or the ADE XL test editor? If you have corners defined, can you show how they are set up?

    Regards,

    Andrew.
