Multiple transient noise simulations with AMS simulator

Nicolas Callens
Nicolas Callens over 6 years ago

Hi,

With the spectre simulator I can choose multiple runs in the noise transient simulation setup. Though, since I have also some VerilogAMS blocks in my circuit, I do not find the multiple run option in the noise transient simulation setup. I am using IC6.1.7. Is there a way of doing multiple noise transient runs?

Kind regards,

Nicolas

Hi, We are facing the same issue. Cant find out how to run multiple runs in AMS simulation mode ? Were using IC618.83. Can anyone help please ? Thinking out load, would MonteCarlo possibly be a workaround if it doesnt exist ? If yes, any chance we could use the sensitivity analysis thereafter ? Thanks for your input/efforts in advance

This is supported from IC6.1.8 ISR11 (i.e. IC6.1.8-64b.500.11). Probably not good to be using the Base release of IC6.1.8 anyway.

The output format needs to be "psfxl" (or "udb" in newer versions, on the Outputs->Save All form), but it works.

    Andrew.
