Can't see layers of the components

I have a problem When I try to zoom in order to see the layers of the device .

I tried to increase stop in options -> display but it shows me a " X " fill. I tried to change properties, but I don't know exactly the properties to add, chould I modify cell properties or instance properties.

Your help appreciated

That sounds as if it can't find the master for the cellView. Were there any messages in the CIW when you tried to expand the hierarchy? Otherwise a screenshot might help.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

I already asked on edaboard,  the answer was: Those boxes with "X" fill are saying that it can't
    find the contents.
Property-edit them, see what library it thinks it's
looking for, then check your library list (Library
Manager) and see whether the library is defined
and if so, that there's "stuff" under the directory
    location."

but I didn't know exactly which property to edit

Here are some screenshots of the problem

    Thank you

You're using the wrong edit properties form. That's the cellView properties - which is the properties of the cellView you're editing, rather than those of the instance.

Select the instance (the white box with a cross through it) and use Right Mouse->Properties (usually just hit "q" in the layout window), or Edit->Basic->Properties.

It's a little odd that there doesn't appear to be a message about the cellView not being found though - the non-SKILL PCell message wouldn't cause this symptom.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
