How to check the DC operating condition of a MOS in extracted netlist simulation

Dear All,

There is deepprobe to find the node potential at the TestBench level while doing PEX simulation.

Is there any way to check the DC operating condition of a MOS during extracted netlist simulation ?

Kind Regards,

Well, you can check the operating condition of a device within the extracted netlist - either using asserts, by annotating the results in your extracted view (if that's what you're using), using the results browser and so on.

There's no equivalent of "deepprobe" to bring it up to the test bench level though.

    Andrew.
