How to solve the problem of FATAL error :rules file must contain CAPACITIVE ORDER statement in calibre Pex results as shown in below

    Calibre is a tool from Mentor Graphics (now part of Siemens), and not a Cadence tool. So this is not really a good place to ask questions about a non-Cadence tool. I would suggest going to Mentor's customer support instead.
