frequency dependent component

Hi,

I want to incorporate some frequency dependent resistors and inductors for my AC simulations.

People have recommended to use something called GLAPLACE but I have no idea where to find it and how to use it.

I am using spectre as the simulator.

Any ideas?

Thanks

    Alok,

GLAPLACE is something for PSPICE, so not the best choice for spectre.

There is the ability with the indq and capq components in analogLib to do this simply, or you could use s-parameters (via an nport), or you could use the svccs component (a laplace voltage-controlled current source, which is a "G" element in spectre but a laplace-controlled variant).

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Thanks Andrew.

Indq and capq will work for me for the time being.
