assura rcx fails

hello everyone,

 when I do the post-layout simulation of the inverter there is an error in RCx extraction,  images of that error I also attached below. please resolve my problem.

    First of all you appear to be using the very old (and unsupported Assura RCX which has been replaced many, many years ago with Quantus QRC; you can use Assura LVS first and then Quantus QRC to do the extraction part).

    You're also using ancient versions of the tools.

    However, this appears that you have either given the run name or run directory incorrectly, or you didn't run LVS first?
