Hey All,

I have just started using verilog-a, and i am trying to simulate the V-I characteristics for a resistor, on DC sweep i neither get any output nor any error message, could anyone help me out with the same.

I have attached images of the output log and the verilog-a code for the same

Thank you

It's unclear what you're saying is happening. Does the spectre log file just stop at the point you're showing? Why are you using a 10-11 year old version of Spectre? Have you tried something more recent?

In general posting pictures of Verilog-A code isn't very helpful because if it was any longer I wouldn't want to spend time re-typing it - better to post the actual text. Also, text is searchable - so that has benefits for anyone trying to find a similar issue. In this case I didn't bother trying it because there's no reason to me why this shouldn't work - but you've not really provided much insight into what exactly goes wrong.
