Hi

I have this error when I run the simulation

Could someone suggest any solution.

Thank you in advance,

You had exactly the same problem in this post and you said you solved it by using a different version...

I'm not entirely sure why that error is given (because I don't see that simply by passing -I with a directory that doesn't exist or that I don't have permission to open), but either way it appears you're mixing two different sets of models - is that intentional? You appear to have both a TSMC 130nm PDK and IBM PDK a the same time - my guess is that you shouldn't have both and that maybe the SPECTRE_DEFAULTS shouldn't be set in your environment, and that the model libraries in ADE aren't correctly set up.

    Andrew.

    Thanks Andrew for your reply.

For some reason that I do not know that version I used before is unavailable anymore in the server, that is I looked for another version that has the ability to create/accept pspice models.

    I'll check the setup again.

    Thank you

Can I convert the pspice model to any other model like spice, Hspice,....?

Unless you do it manually, no. There's no tool to do this for you.

Your issues here don't appear to be related to PSPICE though. As a wild guess, I wonder if it's because you're running a 32-bit executable with file storage that uses 64-bit inodes, in which case you might want to look at turning on the "64 bit" switch on Setup->Environment in ADE. If that's not there (because the version is too old), you could add -64 on the userCmdLineOptions field on the same form.

Either way, you should remove the extraneous model definitions for the wrong processes from your environment.

Spectre is normally pretty tolerant of setup and switching versions, so something does seem severely screwed up in your environment!

    Andrew.
