PDK - MOSFET's Parameter are missing in both Schematic & layout view

Hi Guys, after installed the ON C5 PDK, i'm facing a problems. Both in my Schematic & Layout view,  some reason MOSFET's parameters are shown empty/blank in "Edit Object Properties" GUI. So I can't edit parameters.  Please see the attachments below for detail, where i'm highlighted. I would be appreciate if anyone can help me to figure it out.

    You'll probably need to contact the foundry - this is how they've implemented it, and so it's not really a tool issue. The fact that they are blank might be intentional - I've no idea why that would mean you can't edit the parameters (presumably you could put a value in those fields)?

    Anyway, this is a question that should go to OnSemi.

    Thanks! Mr. Andrew for your information. Well,  usually when i installed PDK, i see those parameters are always fill up Edit Object Properties. But in this case those are appeared empty.  And okay, i  will reach-out to them.  But do you think, it is happening due to cdsenv or .cdsint or display.drf files may not getting path properly?. 

    But i followed foundries installation instruction step by step and however it is not going smoothly some reason.

    Well, it certainly won't be anything to do with display.drf and I doubt cdsenv would be relevant either. What I don't know is if this is intentional in this PDK, or whether something extra needs to be done in the setup - only the foundry (or somebody with access to the same PDK) would know that.
