GNT library for Virtuoso

I am trying to use https://web.archive.org/web/20180923235322/http://www.analogdesign.be/general-network-theorem/gnt-integration-in-virtuoso/gnt-library , but https://bitbucket.org/analogdesign/gnt/issues?page=3 does not have any source files.

Could anyone help ?

    I would have thought the best approach would be to contact the authors/site maintainers via the "Contact" links at the bottom of the page on  your first link.

    This is the first I've heard of this resource.
