Unable to delete a net from schematic

Hi All, 

I am trying to delete a net by the name of sub! from the schematic but unable to do so and below is the message that I am getting. Any suggestion on how can i delete this net ?

    As the message suggests, there's a property (parameter) on the instance R102 which is creating a net as an inherited connection. Given the name, I'm assuming this is a two-terminal resistor, but has an additional "bulk" node which is connected via a property rather than by a physical pin. In order to facilitate this, the schematic editor will automatically create a net with the name of this bulk node property if it doesn't already exist. So, if you don't want sub! to exist, you'll need to set the bulk node property on that resistor (and maybe other devices too) to whatever net name you want it to be instead.
