plotting expressions of multiple tests on the same Viva window

Hi all,

is it possible to plot several expressions (let's say the "conjugate(S11)" like in the example below) belonging to different tests ("...dieID_01", "...dieID_05" ) on the same window in VIVA (using Maestro) ?

As you can see, by default each expression show up in a different window for each test.

Thank you.

    Dear Tommaso,

    Out of curiosity:

    1. Do you have the plotting mode set to "Append"? If you have it set to "New window", this will create a new window for each expression.

    2. Are the x-axes the same for each expression? If not, you may need to set the x-axis to "Allow any units" using your RMB.

The auto plot mechanism in ADE Explorer/Assembler will always plot results from different tests in different windows.

However, if you’re using IC618/ICADVM181 you can rearrange the traces into single windows (eg copy and paste) and then save the resulting  graph arrangement into the maestro view as a plotting template. You can then plot this or future runs in Replace or New Win mode using that plotting template and then they will end up in the same window arrangement that you set up before saving the template.

I think there’s a RAK on plotting templates on support.cadence.com

    Hi Shawn, Andrew,

@ Shawn: in this case the plotting mode does not make a difference, also Append will plot them in separate Window, despite the same x-axes.

Thank you Andrew, I think to have seen this RAK, I will take a look.
