How to correct it?

  • It looks as if you've set the font size far too large. Some of the older forms don't scale well with font size changes, so you can either reset the font sizes (go to Options->Fonts in the CIW and hit defaults). 

    You might also want to look at this post. This talks about a newer capability to scale the forms based on the fonts for the older "2D" style forms, which also had a problem until a relatively recent IC618/ICADVM181/201 hotfix. You didn't mention the version used though.
