Photodiode in UMC180nm

Hi,

I am unable to locate photodiode in UMC180nm PDK. Could you please help me?

  • You might be better off asking UMC this. I am not familiar myself with UMC PDKs in general but I would expect that a photodiode would only be available in a specific option process - most foundry PDKs don’t include photodiodes. Are you sure this is supposed to be available in that technology? If so I’d expect it to be covered in the PDK documentation.
