Cannot compile ahdlcmi module library. Check the log file
input.ahdlSimDB//bsource.va.bsource_1.ahdlcmi/Linux/../ahdlcmi.out for details. If the compiler
ran out of memory, use 'setenv CDS_CMI_COMPLEVEL 0', and try again.

You should be able to upload the file here:

which brings up this (pick File Upload):

Alternatively, if you can't post in a public place, do what I suggested earlier in response to a previous post, and contact customer support.

    Regards,

    Andrew

    GPDK45nm error

Error found by spectre during AHDL read-in.

ERROR (VACOMP-1008): Cannot compile ahdlcmi module library. Check the log file input.ahdlSimDB//bsource.va.bsource_1.ahdlcmi/Linux/../ahdlcmi.out for details. If the compiler ran out of memory, use 'setenv CDS_CMI_COMPLEVEL 0', and try again. If the reason for the failure was a syntax error, contact your Cadence Customer Support representative with the netlist, log files, behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.

ERROR (SFE-91): Error when elaborating the instance bsource_1. Simulation should be terminated.

Internal error found in spectre during AHDL read-in, in `NM1.ressnpoly_rg':`NM1.xrg', in `g45n1svt':`NM1', during hierarchy flattening, during circuit read-in.

Encountered a critical error during simulation. Submit a Service Request via Cadence Online Support, including the netlist, the Spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.

        FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault.

    FINFET 7nm error

ERROR (OSSHNL-116): Unable to descend into any of the views defined in the view list, 'hspice spice cmos_sch cmos.sch schematic', for the instance 'V1' in cell 'inverter'. Either add one of these views to the library 'analogLib', cell 'vdc' or modify the view list to contain an existing view.

    End netlisting Feb 18 15:38:02 2021

ERROR (OSSHNL-514): Netlisting failed due to errors reported before. Netlist may be corrupt or may not be produced at all. Fix reported errors and netlist again.

          ...unsuccessful

    Circuit design using FINFET 7nm

    Please solve these errors

PLEASE POST THE FILE IT KEEPS MENTIONING IN THE ERROR MESSAGE:

I don't know how many times I need to keep telling you to look at this file. Even the error message tells you to look at it!

The second issue is completely different - if you'd read the forum guidelines, it would have been clear that you shouldn't mix two issues in one thread as it's confusing (it's confusing already because you continuously fail to provide enough information). It's odd, because it appears to be trying to switching into a list of Views for hspice not spectre. Are you running with hspiceD as the simulator? Do you have a config for the design, and in which case do you have the correct view list defined for that? What do you have on the Setup->Environment form in ADE for this 7nm design?

By the way, you're using very old software versions. MMSIM12.1 is from 8-9 years ago, and IC615 is probably a similar age - why use something so old? Which operating system are you using? What does "lsb_release -a" at the UNIX prompt tell you?

    Andrew
