oppoint using verilog a

hi all

i can extract information using oppoint method like below

but when i use ahdl_include to use verilog file instead of BSIM model card

then i can't extract above information about cgg, cgs, cgd and so on,,,

here is my code, and there is no change when i use ahdl_include

except that include and device model 

could anyone help me?

    Dear Yea Chui,

    What is the veriloga code for the model? Are you sure the model parameters in the BSIM model exist in the veriloga model?

    There's a section in the Verilog-A manual which describes how you set up operating point data. It's also covered in this article: Internal variables of compact models are not saved even with Spectre option saveahdlvars=all (although that's not the primary purpose of the article, it gives some examples).
