Any bindkey to run "netlist -> recreate"?

Hi, I am wondering if there is any bindkey which is able to define "netlist -> recreate" in assembler and/or schematic view?

My virtuoso version is IC6.1.8-64b 500.2.

Thanks for your attention.

That's not that straightforward, because Assembler can have multiple tests, so I'm not sure how the bind key function would know which test you were talking about. Normally you shouldn't need to explicitly recreate a netlist, so wondering why you'd want to do it often enough to warrant a bindkey?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for your feedback.

The reason why i ask for such a bindkey is i got one strange issue, some times the executed netlist (after i click the green run button) can NOT map the correct net name to instance pin. It can happen not only for the block created by myself, but also for the instance from PRIMLIB, e.g, standard FET. I find that if i re-create netlist, this problem can be removed. But i need to do frequently.

Do you have any clue for similar issue?

Not really - I think you should contact customer support so that we can investigate.

Expecting you to manually force a recreation of the netlist is not really a good solution as it's error-prone (if you forget) and also less efficient. We should try to solve the real issue...
