Connecting PMOS body to VSS! in Layout XL

Hi, I would like to intentionally connect the body terminal of PMOS to VSS!. Generally for drawing PMOS with body connected to VDD! , Oxide-poly layer is placed in an NWELL which is then connected to PIMP. For better understanding I am posting a general case for PMOS with its gate connected to VDD!

However if I want to connect the the body of the PMOS to VSS! how should I make it?

(In my design I have a LVT mosfets therefore PLVT guard rings (red lines) are visible).

    Hi Demi

I think you can do it as follows:

    a. Go to "Create->Via" and check if there is an "Nwell-M1" via among the list of vias. If yes, draw an Nwell rectangle surrounding the pmos, add the Nwell-M1 via and connect it to VDD!
    OR
    b. Go to "Create->Multi-part path" or "Create->Fluid Guardring" and check if there is an "Nwell" template. If yes, draw an nwell path, cover it with Nwell and connect it to VDD!

    Best regards
