Can I float the existing metal and draw it automatically when I run Autovia???

    I don't understand your question, sorry. Please try to explain a bit more about what exactly you're expecting (it would also be useful to know which version of Virtuoso you're using).

    I want to use autovia and put in via except for the existing layer.

    Like this, I want to draw autovia at once.

    I just did this, in the same version you used (I assume there was a small typo, since there is no 12.4 release - I assume it was 12.3):

    Then I get this (ie. after the auto-via):

    There may be some technology-specific reason why this is not working for you - so I can't really answer that without knowing which PDK you're using. Perhaps you should contact customer support?

    Like this problem, I would like to include VIA except for the metal I want.

    Is there a function to perform the tasks in the picture below at once?

    Did you read my answer above where I showed doing what (as far as I can tell from the picture you took from the PDF in the other post) you asked for? If that wasn't what you asked for, then you'll have to explain it more clearly or it's a technology specific issue and I advise to contact customer support...
