Which tool (and version) are you using for Parasitic Extraction (and LVS)?

Hi Andrew, thanks for your prompt reply - I'm using Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.7

Virtuoso is not a parasitic extraction tool. Nor is it an LVS tool.

    Andrew.

Oh my bad - got confused after not being able to sleep with this problem. It's Calibre.

In that case, this is not the best place to ask about this issue. Calibre is not a Cadence tool - it's from Siemens (Mentor). You may be better off asking in on of their forums or to their customer support.

    Regards,

    Andrew
