There is a Cadence On-line Support article detailing the SKILL code that may be used to export all CDF parameters for a schematic (does not do hierarchical dump of information) at its URL:

    https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1Od0000000naUXEAY&pageName=ArticleContent

I did try the code and it appears to work for me - albeit for a good size schematic with complex models and a reasonable number device models in the schematic the file size is quite large!

To export the operating conditions, you can access those with an ocean script and format them in any format you desire. The ocean script can be run from the UNIX command line for a completed set of DC operating point analysis or as an Explorer/Assembler ocean script output.
