I got request to get cell names MOSFET transistors

Can this be done?

Best regards,

    Hi Dragan,

This seems somewhat similar to your request here, but asking for the cell names. The issue is that I don't know how you would determine that a component is a MOS transistor - there's nothing special to indicate that it's a MOS transistor - it's just a device that netlists a particular way and references some model.

I'm not that clear what exactly you're asking for.

    Andrew

This was fine for me, but I got request for change.

Now the user wants to refer to transistors by cell name.

One thing is certain circuits have only MOSFETs.

    Best regards,

    Dragan

    Could you just use this?

    CCFgetHierModelNames(?modelParam 'cellName) ; or "cellName"

    Thank you again.

I needed some time to figure out how this

    CCFgetHierModelNames

    works.

    This did the job.

    Best regards,

    Dragan
