missing some runs during monte carlo simulation

delgsy

There are some runs that are missing during monte carlo simulation but if I re-run those specific runs, the results are there.
I am using  IC6.1.7-64b.500.15

Is there any setup that I missed?

This is an example.

this is another example.
In this example, I missed 19 runs.

This is the result after re-simulating only those missing runs.

This is my setting.

First thing to suggest is to try using a more recent version - that version is over 4 years old, and so it's quite possible this is a bug that's been fixed in the meantime. Then if you still have the problem with a supported version (e.g. a recent IC6.1.8 hotfix together with a recent Spectre version such as 20.1 or 21.1) then contact customer support.
