5 Terminal MOSFET to exploit the Bipolar Operation of MOSFET

Recently I was studying the lateral and vertical parasitic BJT present in MOSFET. So can we use these BJTs. One of the instance I saw in the literature was a 5 terminal device which i think is Gate, Base, Emitter, Collector and Substrate terminal. So can we make such a 5 terminal device in cadence or is it even possible? The picture is attached as an attachment.

Putting aside the fact that there is no tool called "cadence" (Cadence is the company name, not an application name), there's certainly no reason why you couldn't create such a component in Virtuoso - assuming you have a model to simulate it and some idea of the physical layout of the device. If you're using a particular technology, then maybe you should speak to the technology provider to see what models they provide to see if it matches the structure you're looking at in the literature?

    Regards,
