DRC Cadence

Hi, I use XFAB 0.18um technology.

while doing simple DRC Run of an simple inverter Layout.  I am getting the following error:

Errors exist in the rules file '/home/user/Test/.xkit/setup/xh018/cadence/assura/Assura/XH018_1131/drc.rul'.
*WARNING* Failed to build VDB. Cannot submit DRC Run.

Please help me to solve this ploblem.

    Zahir,

    Probably you should contact X-Fab. Something looks wrong with your PDK setup, but this is an error specific to their rules. If you need help pinpointing what's wrong, I'm sure we could look at your data via customer support too.
