Saving Assistants' location in Schematic Editor

Hi,

I would like to work with the Property Editor docked in the bottom part of my schematic canvas.

Every time I open a new schematic, I take this Assitant and place where I like to have it.

I was wondering: is there a possibility to have this configuration to be the default for all my schematic windows?

I read in the brochure that:

So I am imagining this is entirely possible. I wasn't too lucky in finding how, however. I have tried with

Options -> Save/Load defaults and

View -> Save/Restore

but no luck so far.

Any hints on how to achieve my goal?

Thanks!

Michele

    Michele,

    You need to set up a workspace, save that workspace, and then set it as your default.

    So, arrange the assistants, toolbars as you want and then use Window->Workspaces->Save As to give it a name (you can also do this with the save icon on the workspaces toolbar). Then use Window->Workspaces->Set Default and that workspace will be used as the default for the application you're using (in subsequent sessions too).
