How to move to the new Virtuoso?

It seems that the new Virtuoso is already available in my place.

I tried these lines below from .cshrc but after running virtuoso, it is still open the old one.
Apologize for this very basic question.

Answering this is impossible - this is some specific setting in your environment; neither of those environment variables have any special meaning to our tools. Ultimately it's the UNIX path is not being set properly, but precisely how that's set up you'll need to investigate further in the .cshrc to see how it's done.

resetting the PC solves the problem.
I am not sure if waiting longer after editing the .cshrc will work as well.

That seems rather unlikely as an explanation, but glad you resolved it. Normally you don't need to wait for a certain amount of time after editing files for them to have an effect!
