Exporting statistical corner to different test of the same circuit

Hello,

I have determined a statistical corner from worst-case result I have got for the offset voltage from the DC simulation. I have saved the corner in CSV form

I have another test for the offset based on the transient simulation and located in different simulation test and I have imported the statistical corner from the previous simulation. After running the simulation I have found that result is not as expected, looking for me that the Cadence ignored the corner process parameters and only he considered the temperature and the supply condition of it,

My question is that, can we transfer the statestical corner simulation to other test of the same circuit?

The other question is related to the type of the statistical corner as shown in the figure below

I have not understand the difference between them when I read the help from Cadence

I am using Cadence Virtuoso version IC6.1.8-64bit.500.6

Thank you

Best Regards

Your second question is actually the answer to your first one. You can only reliably reuse the statistical corner for other setups if you choose the second option (see https://support.cadence.com/apex/techpubDocViewerPage?path=assembler/assemblerIC6.1.8/asmMC.html#pgfId-1093886 for details).

Thank you very much Frank for your answer, it means I can still use the second option with the Standard Montecarlo Method but I have to check the "Save Statistical Parameters Data".

    Best Regards
