Files getting locked

Hi,
I am facing the issue with the simulation files (especially schematics) getting locked. I tried to create a new schematic mimicking the locked one and this too got locked somehow. I cant edit it (add instances). I tried running this command
find . -name '*.cdsclk' -exec rm {} \;
I dont find any lock files except the one shown in the snapshot. I checked the permissions of the file in the library manager and it shows the owner being given permissions to read/write/execute.
How can I go about solving this?

    Generally deleting lock files shouldn't be necessary (except when the machine where a cellView was previously locked is no longer available).

    This doesn't appear to be anything to do with locks. Most likely it's because the layout directory itself (not the files within it) in the cellView is not writable. If the directory is not writable, it cannot create the lock file, nor create backup data before saving, so opening for edit would not be possible, even if the layout.oa file itself is writable.

    If that's not it, please contact customer support. Trying to guess what's wrong in a public forum is rather difficult!
