Slow pointer movement when creating pin automatically in the layout.

I am using IC6.1.8

    Not enough information to go on. Please contact customer support - I think we'll need to see this (I can't find any reports from a very quick search). There's also over 3.5 years of different IC6.1.8 versions (24 different sub-versions) so there's a lot of scope for this having been potentially fixed already.
