Quantus: extraction to DSPF fails if "Delete X prefix" option is used

Hi! My extractions to DSPF are failing with the newest Quantus release (21.2.0-p060). Apparently, the support for removal of the "X" prefix for instances in the generated DSPF is broken, and qrcfs fails with the following error:

[...]
Capacitance data preparation stage took  19.09 user, 15.75 sys, 7.00 elapsed, 12864.0 kbytes
INFO (ASSREXT-35334): Capacitance data preparation stage completed successfully at Fri Apr  1 17:34:31 2022
INFO (ASSREXT-35369): Field Solver started at Fri Apr  1 17:34:31 2022

ERROR (QuantusFS-108): Command line error: unrecognised option '-delx'

ERROR (LBMISC-215251): Error: command failed with status 255
ERROR (LBRCXM-609): Bad return status from QUANTUS run. 0xff00
ERROR (LBRCXM-709): *****  Quantus terminated abnormally  *****

Is there any way to overcome this issue? (we do rely on the removal of those "X" prefixes for ease of plotting nodes in post-layout simulations).

Thanks and regards,

Jorge.

P.S. I'm using ICADVM20.1-64b.500.24 and Pegasus 21.31-s008

    Jorge,

I see a fairly recent CCR on this, 2608887, which has been fixed in Quantus 21.2.0-s115. You should contact customer support to see if you can get an engineering hotfix (I didn't see the announcement yet for an EHF - the last checkin was about 10 days ago, but the right way to get this quickly is via support.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Andrew; I've just filed case 46605708 to have this checked.
    Cheers, Jorge.
