Sweep a device parameter during a transient using a voltage net

Dear All,

That you know, is it possible in Spectre to set the value of an instance parameter (e.g. “W”) of a MOS using the voltage of a certain net during transient simulation?

I tried to create a verilog-a and verilog-ams model to sample the net voltage, store it in a file and read from it (on the fly) during the transient itself... but, as you may imagine, it did not work :(.

So, do you have any idea if this kind of simulation scenario can be handled somehow? Or I have no chance ? :)

Thanks a lot in advance!

    No, this is not possible.
