Can I generate a cross section diagram from my layout?

I would like to produce a cross section diagram of the PDK.
Is it possible to generate it?

    There's nothing really built-in that does this (other than the cross-section display of a stack when using EMX). Quantus also has the "viewict" command to show a cross-section view of the ICT file.
