Quantus QRC (PVS interface) error

Hi, 

i'm trying to run Quantus QRC on a block that is LVS and DRC clean, and i get the following error, i don't really know how to solve this error neither where to look to solve it. i would be very gratefull if someone can help with this. 

ERROR (CAPGEN-41397) : blocked layer 'Metal x' is not defined in the process file

    Reda,

    Please contact customer support. I've seen a few references to this error, but usually due either to a bug (fixed many, many years ago) or related to blocking a layer that doesn't make sense to block. I think an application engineer needs to see the setup to help diagnose the problem.
