Layout of the technology cells are distorted

Hello,

I wanted to work with my old designs which was in UMC180, however, when I opened the layouts in both virtuoso 618 and 617 I realized that the layouts are distorted. I can show you with an example. In the attached pictures, the right picture is the technology layout of an NCAP. However, when I want to instanciate it in a design the layout is changing to the left one and make DRC errors. Would you please help me to fix this problem. The last time I designed sth in this technology was in 2018 and the virtuoso version was 613. In that virtuoso version I never had a problem like this. Now, cadence removed all the older version of the virtuosos and I cannot have virtuoso 613

I can't see how that could happen, and have never seen anything like this.

    I suggest you contact UMC.

    Regards,

    Andrew
