How to get statistical corner by seed and run id in sigma-scaled sampling?

Hi,

if I create after normal MC a statistical corner, I have two options, by seed/id or by saving all individual stat. variables. The latter is more stable for testbench changes, but the 1st is faster (preferable for large circuits).

Can I get the 1st method for corner (with scaling factor) after an SSS run?

Bye Stephan

    Stephan,

In the CIW, go to Options->Cdsenv Editor. Search for createStatisticalCornerType (you'll find it with just "createSt") and then change the value to be prompt or sequence. If set to auto (which is the default) or values or promptValues it would automatically create values-based corners since the data is available, so changing it back to prompt or sequence will cause the corner generation to be sequence-based.
