Problem in Global/local Optimization

Hi,

I designed an initial circuit and now I am trying to optimize it to get a better result. As is shown in the attached photo, I get the same result for different parameters' values.

Does anyone know the reason?

One possibility might be that the transistor has some range check limits and is constraining the device sizes to limited values, whereas the optimizer is exploring beyond the allowed limits. So the optimisation parameters are being set, but being clipped by the callbacks on the transistor itself. You could check the netlist for those points to see whether the values are really the same as the optimisation parameter values.
