When performing Monte Carlo simulation on ADC, APS or XPS MS simulation reports an error

I was recently simulating a SAR ADC and needed to do a Monte Carlo simulation to simulate the mismatch. The Monte Carlo simulation and oupiut settings are as follows:

If the simulation performance mode is set to spectre, the simulation can be done, but the simulation is very slow. In order to improve the simulation speed, it is changed to APS, and the settings are as follows:

As a result, the simulation directly reports an error, and the relevant information is as follows:

Change to XPS MS and set as follows:

the simulation also reports an error:

I have no clue about this error. Is there any solution please? Thank you!
