Convergence Problem in Symica

Here, I am trying to simulate RHMD10T in Symica using transient analysis. However, while simulating, I am constantly getting no convergence error. Can you please help me understand the root cause of the problem? What is the meaning of OP not calculated?

Symica is not a Cadence product. You should contact Symica (I've no idea why you posted this on a forum about tools from Cadence Design Systems).
