tsmc65nm DFM_options

Can someone please tell me, what is the difference between these design for manufacturing options? A brief about these options and how it affects my design?

    Hi, I'll steal the last line of Andrew's answer "Don't quote me on this though - I'm just extrapolating from memory":

    min-rules are often reserved for standard cells. TSMC might reject your custom design, if you are not using DFM rules.
