ncsim: *F,NOLICN: Unable to checkout license for the simulation. Use ncsim -MESSAGES for more information. (flag - 2) 'lic_error -15'.

    Presumably you don't have the license. Maybe you have XCELIUM licenses but are using an old INCISIVE release? Probably best to contact your account team or customer support, but at the very least you should mention the version of the simulator you're attempting to use.
