Run Assura - Quantus grayed

Hi,

I need to extract parasitic components of my layout and so I have installed Quantus.
I added "QRC_HOME" in bashrc file and Quantus menu appears in virtuoso window.
I have a problem with "Run Assura - Quantus", in fact it is greyed and I can't use. When I try to use "Run Calibre - Quantus" and click on OK button, It appears a blank Error window.

If I click OK, in CIW appears the following string " *Error* ".

Not further information.

DRC and LVS test have no problem.

I use IC6.1.7-64b.500.23, ASSURA41 and QUANTUS211.

I have attached pictures demonstrating what I see.
