How to use memory allocation in cadence virtuoso

choichanyoung

Today I make 256 x 256 memory cell layout by using cadence Virtuoso.

The larger the capacity, the longer it takes to work.

So I want to use memory allocation by adding cadence virtuoso option.

I tried to find a way to allocate memory but I didn't find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm currently working on a large layout by using Virtuoso cadence.

However, the current work is too large to be slow and error-prone.

So I write because I can't find how to solve this.

    Thank you.

I don't really understand what the problem you're describing here is. What do you mean by "I want to use memory allocation by adding cadence virtuoso option"?

You really should give some more details - including the software versions used - see Guidelines for the Custom IC Design Forum

I'll merge your second post (which I assume is on a similar topic - it's also rather vague) with this, as the forum guidelines also ask you not to post multiple times on related topics.
