Cadence works with other PDKs?

Good afternoon. My question is Cadence suitable with other PDKs? I have IPH PDK, can I use that on Cadence with inserting?

I don't understand the question. Cadence tools (such as Virtuoso) work with a very wide range of PDKs (there's no tool called "Cadence" so not sure what you mean about being "suitable with other PDKs"). I don't know what "IPH PDK" is.
