common mode level in vcvs

paulinho

the vcvs in analoglib is by default fully differential (both input and output is differential). Say if i give an input of 1.5V to both input terminals (vcvs having a gain of 1), and I want the same values at the output, how do I do it. Even though the differential output is 0V, the common mode levels at the output seem to be at some arbitrary level.

Would something like this work in your application?

Isn't the simplest solution to have two vcvs sources with the minus pins all connected to ground? Then have the two + input pins connected to the two input voltages, and the two output + pins will reflect the input pins. It's not really a differential input you want for a controlled source, if I've understood your description properly.
