How can I highlight Mosfets in subthreshold

I saw that you can highlight the Mosfets in triode region using Circuit Condition window

I was wandering if there is an easy way to highlight the Mosfet in subthreshold. I wanted to put as user defined condition the parameter "region" but i did not find it in the menu for the Mosfet.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

Did you change the cyclic field where it shows "vsource" above to the device model being used (e.g. bsim4) before trying to pick the region parameter (using the region parameter would be the right way to do this)?

    Regards,

Which PDK are you using? Can you annotate region on the schematic after a dc simulation, or put another way, can you retrieve it with the OP calculator function?
